Graduate Schemes

Our graduate programme is a scheme that allows recent graduates to gain practical experience, giving them a head-start to their career at Evri. Each Graduate will receive a mentor and attend additional development days around our values to accelerate your performance. At Evri we offer two types of Graduate Programmes:

Types of Graduates:

  • Placed Graduates – placed into one area of the business and have a consistent job role.
  • Rotational Graduates – rotating around different areas of the business gaining experience in different departments and roles.

Typical Duration: 18 months – 3 years.

School Visits

Evri offers employment talks/tours to schools; this is a great opportunity for students to have a great understanding of what happens in the Logistics and digital world and what jobs we offer at Evri to help student with their career aspirations, if you are a school interested in a visit for Evri, please get in touch using the link below.

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are a way of not having to put your career on hold whilst gaining a professional qualification in the workplace. This gives you the opportunity to earn whilst they learn! You will follow an approved study programme, which means you will gain a nationally-recognised qualification at the end of your apprenticeship. This will be delivered by a Training Provider supplied by L&D. You will be given a Skills Coach to deliver your training and in some cases may require day release at College or University.

Qualifications can include:

  • Standards or NVQs/SVQs – Dependent on whether you live in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
  • Technical qualifications – including Degrees, CIPD, Cat C License, CIMA, ACCA, AAT, CMI or ILM, APM to name a few
  • Functional skills – Qualifications in English, Math’s and IT.

Duration: 12 months min - 4 years max dependent on type and level of apprenticeship.

Work Experience

Our work experience programme is aimed at School and College students to provide learning and insight by exposing them to a variety of tasks and experiences, helping inform their career choices. The placement usually lasts for 1-2 weeks.

Internships

Our Internship programmes are offered to University students who are looking to spend some time in industry, gaining real life work experience. The aim is to provide learning and insight by exposing the Intern to a variety of tasks and experiences. Internships can last between 1 month - 1 year.
