Operations and Field Teams

From our depots and hubs to our field teams, we ensure that every parcel is in the right place at the right time, keeping our customers happy.

Our Drivers and Warehouse teams have a comprehensive, bespoke induction programme to equip them with all the training they need to start delivering our industry leading service from day one. And this isn’t just one-off training, we are always looking at ways to develop our people with on-going support and development via our online learning management system or classroom based courses.

Typical roles: Depot General Managers, Field Managers, Warehouse Supervisors, HGV/LGV Drivers, Loaders and ParcelShop drivers (3.5 ton)

Customer Services and Support Teams

We work hard every day to make sure everything runs perfectly, but when things don’t go exactly to plan our customer service and support teams are there to help.  Whether it’s a question from a customer, ParcelShop or courier, our dedicated team are there to help, whether that’s on the phone, on e-mail or on social media.

Typical roles: Customer Service Advisers, Team Leaders, Van Collections Leaders and Courier Support Advisers


Sales and Client Development

Whether it’s on a global or local scale, our sales team thrive in our fast moving, performance-based culture. Not only are they well practiced in creating opportunities, they’re experts in building and maintaining excellent relationships with their customers.

Typical roles: account managers, principle account manager, sales executives and client managers


The parcel industry is very competitive so it’s important to stand out from the competition to get noticed.  That’s why our marketing team work hard to communicate how we’re better & different from the competition and to build fantastic relationships with our customers and clients.

Typical roles: Digital Marketing Managers, Campaign Managers, PR Managers and Social Executives


There’s a lot more to finance than spreadsheets and balancing the books.  Our finance team are a vital part of our business, providing advice, analysis and insight on our spending, investments and innovations to keep our business strong

In a fast-paced, high-energy environment our HR team work closely with our managers to find, develop and retain the most talented, passionate and hard-working people.

Typical roles: HR Business Partners, HR Administrators, Learning and Development Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Employee Relations.

A quick message for recruitment agencies

We always prefer to recruit candidates direct to our business and believe in promoting from within whenever possible. We are fortunate enough to be approached directly by many candidates. However when we do need help from recruitment agencies we do have a Preferred Supplier List (PSL). We’ve worked hard with our suppliers to build top class partnerships and we’re really proud of these. We have no plans to review our PSL at the moment.

We get a lot of enquires and many calls from recruitment agencies, and while we really appreciate the interest in our business, unfortunately we can’t respond to all of them. So please don’t be offended if you don’t hear back from us.
